Mariano Cruz Lucero

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, august 8th., 1960.

Labor background: legal counsel of Unilever of Argentina S.A., general counsel of VCC and assistant chief executive officer (CEO) and director of VCC. Former partner of the law firm “Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal”. CEO of Supercanal holding S.A. And Uno Multimedios S.A. Mr. Lucero is and has been member of the board of directors of various TV cable, broadcasting, radio and entertainment companies. He also has participated representing companies in the largest transactions that took place in Argentina in the last decade in the telecommunications and media industry. Speaker in different national and international seminars, shows and conferences about the media industry and new TEChnologies. He is currently member of the board of directors of the national cable TV association (aTVc).

Carlos Daniel Froment

Born on march 11, 1953 in San Fernando, province of Buenos Aires, argentine.

EdUCAtion: “University of Buenos Aires” (LL.B.) worked for the examining criminal justice of the city of Buenos Aires from l970 to 1980, always at examining court no. 10, in different positions and once he received the degree of lawyer, he resigned to exercise his profession. Former advisor to the chief of cabinet of the secretary of penitentiary policy of the national ministry of justice. Master’s degree in spanish law. Regular member of the criminal law and criminology institute of the Buenos Aires bar association - 1989. Member of the public law institute of the Buenos Aires bar association. Professor of tax criminal law at the post-graduate course of the University of Buenos Aires. Regular member of the argentine center of tax criminal studies’ executive committee.

Agustín Perez Acquisto

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, february 11., 1982.

EdUCAtion: Universidad de Buenos Aires (LL.B. 2005). Mr. Perez acquisto holds a master's degree in business law (Universidad Austral) 2009, and in 2017 obtained an executive MBA from the IAE business school.
